Shopping Cart

Because information on the shopping cart is scarce, I will post my questions here. Maybe someone can help with answers to the following:

- How to restart the shopping cart? (Necessary when changing config files)
- How to set up online credit card transactions with e.g. Cybercash?
- How much would the latter cost approximately??

It would be nice to get answers to all three, but the most important one is the first one!
