One of the things I see over and over is potential customers asking questions
that should have been answered by the plan descriptions. You know the type of
questions: "do you support such and such?", "how many of these can I have?",
"how much does this and than cost?"
I realize you probably have better things to do than to muck around with the plan
descriptions, but many potential customers will only look at that (right or wrong)
when deciding whether or not a particular host suits their needs.
May I suggest a couple of simple changes? Had they been there I wouldn't be writing this :-)
* For items with an implied number, state the number. Good: FTP Accounts - 3.
Bad: Subdomains - Yes. (How many? How much? Limits?)
* For items which have versions associated with them, state them if possible.
Good: PERL 5.00503. Bad: Java - Yes. (which version? server applets supported?)
* Don't "double list". What is the difference between "POP3 Email Accounts" and
"Mail Accounts?"
I know I'm being picky here, but so far I like what I've seen, particularly
being able to participate in these forums.
