URL Forward

Where do I URL Forward on the control panel. I have content that needs top be changed ASAP and my webmaster is out of town.

I have another website I could redirect it to if I knew where to !

If you know redirect code the simplest item would be to upload a file named index.html. If there is already a index.html rename it.
