Problems when enabling subdomains

I was trying to enable subdomains, so i can create one. When i click on the link to enable subdomains (the one that says "just click once") i get a "page not found". I tried many times. Same results.

Should i create a subdomain first and THEN enable sudomains?

well first you have to wait for your domain to propogate, and then you click on the enable subdomain button. After that you create your subdomain.
