Hello, my name is Almond Au, assume that you are the owner of hostrocket, I want to have several matter cleared up with you and your company.

I joined your company during the summer of 2001 because I saw that your company is one of the best web hosts on the Internet, my friend Harry is also one of your customer on host19 named Sm128c.com

Anyway, I am now starting to wonder if I had made a mistake..

My site (d-gaming.net on host13) is constantly having problems in many ways, control panel can not be accessed, ftp/web/telnet can not be accessed, tickets sometimes not replied. All these things are really making me mad, but they are only parts of it.

About two weeks ago, I send in a ticket regarding my sub domain.
I was told that I owe you guys 4 months and I won't get support until I paid, but that is not possible because I always get the statement and it shows the money (12.95 USD) charged from hostfree.cc in new York, I suppose that is your company's other name or something.

Brenda, I am not sure if he is the owner, told me that he ran through the charges again and it went ok. I told him that it is a mistake and you guys just charged me twice for the same months, he told me that he refunded the charges, so that is that.

Today, my mother told me (I am only 16 and so I use my mom's credit card) that her statement shows 4 charges from hostfree.cc in the month of oct, I suppose this is the month you guys say I owe you, but I don't know what is going on, Brendan tells me he refunded it, and my mom tells me she was still charged.

I am DEMANDING (excuse me) that you give me an explanation to this.
I am being charged twice for the months of june, july, aug, and sept. It's not only the money, but also the trouble that brings me, my web site is only a part-time thing, I can't spend all my time checking if you guys are cheating me or to make sure my site is up and running, please go through your billing manager and your web server carefully and see what is going on. I WANT (excuse me again) a clear explanation as soon as possible, I am willing to show you the statement if you wish. But I can tell you I am very disappointed this is happening, this is certainly something not good on my birthday.

I do hope you take the matter seriously, even though I am only 16 and I may be one of your many thousand customer that you probably only know me as a number.

Is this really the most appropriate forum for this type of complaint? Send in a ticket or something. This really is not the forum for this type of s***.

its posted in other forums too snake eyes, and it was answered he just felt compelled to leave it in here so we could all enjoy its splendor.
