I have never moved a domain. Mostly I am concerned with the switch from one company to another concerning routing numbers and I also have everyone.net email. All in all am I opening up a can of worms, or is it fairly straight forward?

I would appreciate some experienced comments, I really need to make the move.

Moving a domain is a fairly simple process. The sometimes frustrating part is waiting for the domain registrar to post updates to your record. I won't say any names but Networksolutions takes quite a while to update records plus I've had an experience that they didn't notify me when the changes were made.

Just make sure you back up your files before you move your domain. I don't think you can get away from having to re-create any emails...this sucks for those who are resellers and have to re-create tons of accounts.

Hope this helps.

Fairly simple [ha ha]

I had a war with my DNS people trying to get them to update the registry properly, now I'm just gonna move all the domains to another registrar.

Network Solutions issue with delayed updates of routing numbers to a new server. Is there anyway to speed them up? Express??
