24/7 Phone Support?

Hello, I was wondering if hostrocket offers 24/7 phone support? Just to verify, all other support is conducted via aol instant messenger, icq, and e-mail correct?

Hi,

The bulk of our support is handled through our trouble ticket system which is available through our support page. After that is email, then live support. Our phone support is pretty much emergency only. We will have new phone numbers up tomorrow that will be for emergency use only (server down kinda things) where you will be able to get ahold of an admin at any time and alert us of a problem.
