Looks pretty nice... I'd suggest widening the right nav bar though... The link names being wrapped is annoying...

Also, your top table (the one with the title bar) is wider than the title bar (and the rest of the page). You might want to shorten that... ;)

Love the colors (I've always liked darker sites...) :)

Drop the initial flash page... IMHO, those kinds of things are what give flash a bad name... and why a lot of people don't like it.

It might look cool, but... the user has to watch it and then click on the button to actually enter the site. Rather frustrating for myself anyway...

Just a thought.
