I need help with my HTML

IOk I use an i-frame based website. I have recently moved my site to host-rocket.com I have fixed all the problems except one. My text and links are the same color as the background. I checked my body code and it was right. I just can't figure it out. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

I fixed it. I lost the second part of the coding for it and didn't realize it. Stupid me. lol
