I posted this question on the Mail forum. Does anyone know of a way to allow users to change their own email password?

If HR uses standard encryption for the passwords you could write a quick script that would edit the passwords files. They are located in /home/username/etc... make sure to ask Brendan or another person who knows a LOT about the system before you go ahead and try to modify these files!
