I have been having problems with the new webmail also. It simply doesn't work. It won't let you authenticate. In noframes, it authenticates, but doesn't allow you to do anything. I put in several
tickets, but the respond to link doesn't work and the techs don't seem to get it. It is very frustrating and I am here looking to see if anyone else is having the same problems.

Use either www.yourdomain.com:2095 (presented with login; user=myname@mydomain.com) or http://www.mydomain.com/webmail/ and don't forget the trailing slash. The first option seems to have cookie problems (ie they dont register in Konqueror w/o a refresh) and the second option lists messages in ascending order of date (very frustrating). Take it or leave it I guess.

It is working great for me, but when logging in it works with just the default username but any added one I have to put username@www.3dwc.com as the username.

Not complaining, i mean it works great. I'm just wondering if this is normal or not?

Yes, that is normal. And the reason is because multiple people are using the same computer for mail and they want to allow you to have a webmaster@3dwc.com and myself to have webmaster@betablue.net. If they didn't require the domain afterwords, the webmail program could only allow one webmaster account.

try putting 'username@domain.com' as the username.. and of course the password :)

See if it works now
