looking for someone to do some inprovements on my ecomm page i took it as far as i could. didnt turn out quite as nice as i wanted so looking for webdude webchick to do some contract work with intergrating versign, paypal into shopping cart

Why not use "The Exchange Project"? It's a free open source shopping cart that uses paypal with no problem...

i think the main problem i am having is that i dont even have a basic grasp on how to go about doing or getting done what i want all i know is i want a cart that will give me 3 payment options paypal,versigns payflow,cod
i did look at your suggestion to be honest no hope maybe i can work something out with sl**

Verisign's Payflow Link? I have a module that works with TEP for that already. There are a few bugs but they are really primarily cosmetic rather than functional glitches. They should be ironed out soon too. TEP already has modules for Paypal and COD.
