Ok, with all the ups and downs, I see that some people seem to know what server they're on. How do you find out?

You'll need to log into your account via SSH, and type 'hostname'. -- To do this, go to your control panel, click on "shell session", download the program listed (putty.exe) and then send in a trouble ticket to HR requesting that your account have SSH activated. They'll ask you for your username, password, first two and last four digits of your credit card (don't worry, this is safe) and why you want the SSH access.
Once you have done the above and you have SSH enabled. Open putty.exe. When the program comes up, there should be field that says "hostname", in that space type in your domain name (i.e. yourdomain.com), then click "SSH", finally push the button labeled "open" at the bottom. After this, a window should appear with "Login as:". Here you type in your username, hit enter, then enter your password. Once you're logged in simply type "hostname" and it should tell you what host you're on.

Okay, now I know I've not had enough coffee today to have missed such a simple answer to the question, and it required much less typing too. L)

So in other words, wait until my site's back up... Oh well. Hopefully it'll be soon! :)
Thanks for the answers!

if you still have your original email that was sent to inform you the account was set up, it may tell you the host server (mine does, but i signed up more recently).
