vBulletin Time Zone?

What time zone should I set vBulletin to? Are the servers in the Eastern Time Zone?

If so, how does it compensate for daylight savings time?

Just set it to your time zone. Then other members living in other time zones, can just change it to their needs in their profile.

I tried that, and ended up being an hour off GMT. Doesn't vBulletin get its time from the web server?

I would think that vBulletin needs know its offset from GMT to calculate the other time zones from teh time it gets from the server?

There was a post somewhere on the vBulletin.com forums about how to set the time zone's correct according to the servers time offset. Try searching there.
