Text Counter

I would like to be able to create a text counter. Is that possible?

...and it's very easy to install. It uses SSI and you can put it on as many pages as you want-- they all call the same script. You then just make a corresponding count file (i.e., if you had a hostrocket.htm page you could make a file called hostrocket.count and put your starting number in it). Each will count up from there. Thank you for the post. I like to hide my counter on the page. I find text counters to be easier to work with. I'm going now to download Jon's counter... Thanks again!

You could write a very simple counter yourself...

I have a ting counter program that i got written for me which i can givbe you. It outputs text and then you can just make it the same as the background color so no body sees it..
