accessing support.

Hi all,

I am still on the old control panel and I have been trying to access support but the link in the control panel gives me a 404 error file can't be found. So I am wondering if their is another way to access support? I have tried rocketsupport.com but my username and password don't seem to work there. So I have an email program and no way to access support.

Maybe you all have suggestions.

Also, with my problem I am receiving relay errors when I try to send email. This is after I check my mail which worked up untill yesterday. Any ideas what might have changed in the past day or two?

If you can't access any kind of support either through the form at HostRocket.com or RocketSupport.com, then I would suggest sending a PM to Brendan, who will hopefully get you some kind of support.

Doesn't neccessarily have to be Brendan, just PM one of the support folks from HR and they should help you. I know this forum is not intended for any kind of support from HR, but since a customer can't access the other kinds of support, this is the only way.
