Allow customers to change the MX of a sub-domain so they can offer free email @sub-domain.domain.com using everyone.net without lossing the unlimited pop accounts @domain.com :)
I hate to burst your bubble, but witht he new servers that Host Rocket is on, that's impossible. Sub domains no longer have their own MX records.

Now considering that the new servers are Linux based (correct?) I'm sure with some tinkering it could be made a possibility. It would require a good deal of knowledge of linux and root access however:)

You can add MX record to a subdomain with linux. Simple thing to do.... Here is what it should look like. any dns server should comply with it too.:
subdomain.Domain.com MX 0 mail.server.com.
Simple as that to do it from the web it is just like adding the subdomain but you have to include the mail server it can be anywhere in the domain file but it has to be there to mx.

Well the problem may arise in the fact that HR has enabled wildcards by default. Im not sure if this would cause a problem with MX records or not, but thats the only logical explination I can think of.

o--- is that why I have a million subdomains!!!! (Wildcarding is great!!!)
THere is a way to change MX records. For instance, if you want to pay the $5 set up fee they will change mail.yourname.com to point to BMB or everyone.net (or anything else I suppose)
