It's geeky...sorta

I finally got around to updating geek-chic.net (http://www.geek-chic.net) (which says alot for a procrastinator like me) and I'm darn proud of it. I admit, the first issue is kind of weak, and it seems heavily targeted towards girls, but I swear, I don't intend for it to be. Maybe it's the name. It's geek-sheek, as in cool, not geek-chick. So why are the forums (http://www.geek-chic.net/forums) 95% girls? Maybe I should use manly colors? Oh well :)

Probably because us guys read "chic" as "chick"... Now that I think of it, even pronouncing it "sheik" still makes me think "chick"... Not that that is a bad thing, or anything. I thought it was pretty cool that there was a community for all those geeky chicks out there who are tired of getting propositioned everywhere else they go. :D
