email forwarding - Host 4

I have it set up so that my emails get automatically forwarded to another email address, but starting this morning, it hasn't been working at all. Im hosted on Host 4. Anyone else having the same problems?

Anyone else with very slow mail ?? Happens to me when sending to a lot of people (30-50) - 8 hours delay.
