Kind of Upset with Hr now...

I am still waiting for my domain to reslove on there servers, still not up after 4 days, they said it would take 24 - 72 hours. I saw that damngirl had the same problem.

I have been tell my customers that its comming soon for a while now, ever hour I loose another.

I read the other post that damngirl posted, and hr responded by saying it will be ready tommorow. No is its up to the server to to resolve, how can hr know when exactly it will be ready? Maybe there is a timer on the server, I don't know, I am just a little ticked off now...

My other server only took 24 hours to have my domain and space up, why does hostrocket take 4x that amount?

I am not against hr, I like there service, and support, its just maybe this will help my find someone else who has had the same problem, and they can tell me what to do...

Bear in mind that half of your four days have been weekend days. Things always go more slowly on weekends, whether it's HR or anywhere else.

It takes 24-72 hours. Sometimes...longer. I have had times when it took 5 days, but it started working after. Keep e-mailing them, but keep your cool. Don't go blowing steam off, it will start working someday. :)

I checked and the domain definatly has been registered and I can see no reason why it wouldnt be working tomorrow.
