Smae problem as r0cketrider, signed up for an account two days ago and have heard nothing since. Domain I have used is one I already own (jalist.com) but I need account details before I transfer the domain over - can someone look into this for me please, I'm not getting any replies from the support email submit form.

None of the HostRocket customers can help you here, because this is a question oncerning your account information. You need to contact Technical Support by submitting a Trouble Ticket. To do that, goto http://www.hostrocket.com/v1 adn click on teh "support" link. You can then send a Trouble Ticket, and your problem will be resolved there. Sometimes Cpanel and WHM like 1 or 2& of the time don't send out the welcome letters. Have a great day! Thanks for choosing HostRocket, and feel free to post if you have any additional problems!

Thanks Kyle, already tried that, three times in fact hehe. No problem, I'll just be patient ...
