i just signed up for my host rocket account about 16 hours ago and now i am trying to log into my ftp. i seem to ahve trouble doing this. im not very sure what my login/pass and ip is. i am using cuteftp. also, i registered my domain at dotdealers.com and i chose to transfer to hostrocket to be hosted. when i go to www.ef13.com (my domain), it gives me a domain redirect page and has some info on it:
"If you can see this page, then your DNS servers are already configured to use our Redirection service. We have AUTOMISED our signup system. Kindly apply again and your redirection account will be activated immediately."
i would greatly appreciate any help. thanks
