Make absolutly sure that you are logging in as described on the account management page in your control panel. Mail is working correctly on all servers. Make sure you are doing as follows:

EXAMPLE DOMAIN: YOURDOMAIN.COM
EXAMPLE MAIL ACCOUNT: ACCOUNT
EXAMPLE PASSWORD: PASSWORD

set both incoming and outgoing servers to:

mail.yourdomain.com

set login/password to:

Login Name: account@yourdomain.com
Password: password

Make SURE You are using "account@yourdomain.com" for the login and NOT just "account"
