SERVER UPDATE: Host 4

Host 4 will be having work done on it throughout the day to lower the overall load on the server. There are a few sites that have grow quite large on that server and will be moved off of it to a different one. The move will be transparent to the end users, and should fix the load problems some people on this server have reported.

The files are moved and the users have been contacted, they should be completing the move later today and host4 should go back to its normal performance level.
