At least 3 of the guys are heading down to VDI later today for a while to do some work on the servers, which will leave tickets flagged to them open until they return later in the day. We have lots of cool stuff in the works, all of which are targeted towards making our hosting services the most rock solid available on the net. We'll have all the details out when its fully ready but it should be no more than a few weeks to full implementation, and I assure you its good stuff :)
