This is just a reminder to help keep the forums running smootly and keep them from getting cluttered.
If you are having a problem with your account that you dont think can be solved by another customer, you should send it in to us as a trouble ticket instead of posting it on the forums. Also, if you do send something in as a ticket please dont post the same question to us on the forums.
Other than that just try and keep things in their right subject areas and things should continue to run smoothly.
