Seems to be working for me, I could get access and read closed tickets.

Hey, I just noticed your signature!

An old Commodore 64 user, eh? I miss the old Commodore's .. my first was the whoppping Commodore VIC-20 (5K memory and 20 characters per line).. but heck, I still got connected at 300 BPS back in 1984! :)

Ah, the old days..

Make sure your password isn't longer than 8 characters.
If your password is longer than 8 characters then only enter the first 8 characters of the password and you will be able to get in.

I'm not going to start the whole 'HR Support Sucks' thread again... 'cause I really don't think that they do... but perhaps a a suggestion posted here may filter to them... from the responses that I have received from Support personnel in the past, it seems that perhaps they may wish to look at staffing 24 hours a day... it's just a suggestion, and, again, I am not faulting them for the quality of their support... when I have received answers, they have been good answers...

just a nickle's worth (I'm going to go broke this way :D)

never had a commodore, but...

1982 - atari 800 computer (remember those!?)
1983 - "online" via 300 bps atari 830 acoustic coupler modem and a very expensive subscription to "the source".

in fact, i still have it. :)

sorry...not related to the original post, but i just wanted to relive the good 'ole days. maybe i'll hook that baby up this weekend. hehe.
