wget...

Hi, i'm still on the old server and i'm in need of a tool like wget - which isn't installed...

basically i have to run a cron job every hour that saves some urls to a local file...

anyone having a idea how to do this without wget?
or is there a wget on the system?
(at least not in path or in /usr/local)...
