Too many connections

I get this error on my website and I don't know why. I have asked people and they said its the host.

Warning: Too many connections in /home/atwist/public_html/mainfile.php on line 32
Unable to select database

There is a database - I just get this error every once in a while.

We are aware of this. I have put a temp. fix in place until it is fixed permenently tomorrow.
