I've been a ViaTalk customer since July 2008. The credit card I used to sign up worked during sign-up then stopped working for the first bill. Nothing was wrong with the card and I called the bank to verify.
From the 2nd bill onwards I then switched to another card. It worked until last week. Now that card also won't work anymore and there are no problems with it at all.
I then tried a third card, and the bank sees the ViaTalk authroziation, but ViaTalk itself canceled it.
None of the billing agents can give me the reason for decline.
I have now submitted my 2nd to last credit card to ViaTalk. My account was suspended but they've given me a 48hr grace period to resolve my billing problems.
I've used my ViaTalk # on my company's credit card descriptor and thosuands of customers use it to contact us.
Viatalk also won't take any other payment methods like Paypal.
If anyone can help or provide some insight, I would appreciate it.
