So my Unlimited plan is up for renew and all of a sudden my service has been suspended and I have a $127,921.16 overdue balance.
WTF is going on!?!?!?!?
My billing info is correct; they have been charging me the $2-3 taxes every month for the past year.
Anyone else having these issues or am I special?
This is ridiculous. If they don't fix this to my satisfaction I am going to take my business elsewhere.
