Can someone please help

My service is not working. I first thought it was only international calls but now realize that I cannot make or receive any call. First if I call someone I never hear that the call is ringing it is just dead but when i called my wifes cell phone she said her phone rings and when she answers it she can hear me but I cant hear her or that the call even went through. I have a open ticket with very little response from via talk.

Sorry, welcome to the club. You can probably expect their standard BS answer.
Connect the adapter directly to your modem. It works, but say goodbye to your wireless router until they find someone who is willing to figure it out.

my service worked perfect for 22 months. They have corrected the local calling but I still am unable to call outside the USA. The call will connect but the person I called is unable to hear me. Now my free second year is un in Jan so If they wish to keep a customer they ill correct my issues.
