Does Braincast respond to tickets submitted on the ViaTalk control panel?
There's a category (department) but I do not get any response.

My problem is that I have signed up and have received a telephone number (not an 800 but 866) and when I call it I only get dead air.

Any ideas .... or support

Nevermind. it seems it must take a day or two before the account is active.
