View Full Version : ViaTalk Ignores Tickets they Cant Figure Out

I have had an open ticket for over a month, that is clearly a network routing problem. Owning a hosting company, I know these exist, and working with the network providers can easily be fixed, but instead Viatalk decides to ignore my request to fix the issues, Im guessing cause they dont know how to go about fixing such things.

I have documented this same problem on 3 different accounts, using 3 different ISPs. :rolleyes:

Does any one experiencing problems with Viatalk recently? ... Can't check
voicemail, more than half my outbound calls are one-direction (they hear me, ...
I submitted a ticket last week for the voicemail issue. ... for a description of
my network layout, which if history is any judge, they will promptly ignore

Ticket turnaround times are less than 24 hours on average. If you have a Level 1 ticket that has not received a reply in 24 hours, feel free to PM me the TicketID.
