I have had an open ticket for over a month, that is clearly a network routing problem. Owning a hosting company, I know these exist, and working with the network providers can easily be fixed, but instead Viatalk decides to ignore my request to fix the issues, Im guessing cause they dont know how to go about fixing such things.
