We offer it to a few customers.. For some it works great and for others it has been nothing but headaches.
Somethings that really are bad.. 1: support tickets are 90% unanswered. 2: payments are never sent out on time...
For some of our customers though the service is great...I'm hoping I never have a problem again because getting a hold of somebody is horrible.

support tickets at viatalk take days to be answered... except for billing support. those are answered quickly, and resolved eventually.
my phone service has been down since wednesday morning, and is still down as of sunday. i submitted a ticket thursday and it was answered friday evening with a message that the problem was fixed. it wasn't, so i replied to the message and kept the ticket open.
i would like to call them, but since my phone is down, i can't!
i was considering vtwhite, but haven't heard much positive news about it and so far, you are the only one who seems to be using it.

Hi,
ViaTalk provides the most complete Internet Phone Service on the market today. That isn't just a sales pitch. If you look at pricing, plans, terms, features, network, upgrades, etc.....you will see that ViaTalk leads in all of these areas. VT White was officially launched in April of 2007.
