Does HR have a near real-time online status of issues causing extended down times? Seems like this would alleviate a lot of email to HR trying to determine if the issue is on my local server(s) or if it is an HR global issue.

It used to be on the Web Hosting home page, but I cant find it anymore.
It would be interested to know where it is as HR was down for 3 hours (at least) this morning. I contacted HR support (after they came back online) and apparently had suffered lightening strikes overnight.

Seems to be back now, so I'm still a :mad: customer.

I dont think I had any problems which is nice... At least not that I noticed...
It would be nice if they sent out an email reminder!:D

The only status page I am aware of is for shared hosting. I'm not sure if it works with dedicated servers:

admin.hrwebservices.net/serverstatus.php?host=yourhostnamehere

The name name is the server name on your account page where you submit tickets.
