Excellent product but its like pulling teeth to receive Tech Support. This is my third attempt to get normal support in one year and its always a nightmare. You can stay on the phone literally for over an hour and no response. Using the web-online is useless, again no response, this is the 5th day and counting. The only access to my email is through the CP, ViaTalk Voicemail rejects my password.
