Go with Viatalk if you want dont want to have phone service

you cant get ahold of anyone in the porting dept other than by e-mail. Then when the other service turnes your phone number over to viatalk, viatalk doesent connect it and your business no longer has a phone. THAT IS A GREAT WAY TO GET BUSINESS. VIATALK SUCKS.

Fortunately my service has been pretty reliable. Every other aspect of ViaTalk is poor at best. Don't count on getting any help from them, and READ THE FINE PRINT about so-called "Regulatory Recovery" fees they claim they have to charge and charge you every month for them even if you paid up-front for a year. I will move on as soon as I can.
