Hello All,

I am a new customer. When i first signed up with viatalk everything was fine and the fax service they told me about work flawlessly. However, when my number was ported over the fax service stopped working. Since then I have had a ticket in and it has been unresolved now for over a week. I signed up becuase of their fax service. Days go by and they do not even update me on the status of the ticket, or if anyone is looking at it. I have to bug them all the time to find out whats going on. The left off with "an engineer is looking at". :mad:
