Email guidelines?

Hello, I'm a new subscriber and when I try to logon to my account with the username and pw provided in the email it doesnt work, it says the username is my phone number which I have no idea what my temp number is because I cant login. Which is the correct username, my phone # or the one provided in the email? either way I cant logon, also when I try to respond to the email, I get an auto response saying you wont accept my email because its not in the right format and to check the knowledge db for the correct guidelines and I dont see any guidelines. Not off to a great start here...

You went to www.viatalk.com while you should go to cp.viatalk.com. I had the same experience and finally realized the problem.
