I signed up my site with HR about 3 weeks ago and it's STILL not up. Even after opening 3 trouble tickets (one of which Brendan answered himself).
Don't know why they blew me off but I just want my money back and move my site to a different provider.
I understand if theyre busy and it takes a day or 2 to get back to me, but 3 weeks?? It sucks cuz this is my second site with them, which I started because HR did such a good job with my first site.
