Ok, I logged in the other day and noticed I could get a 2nd line as long as you have viatalk equipment which I do. I enabled it and to my surprise, nothing happened. So, I have the admin password and the provision info and logged in to my pap device. I was able setup the second line and it was active for a short period of time. I imagine the pap device auto updated which is probably when the 2nd line went away. Seems to me, if you offer something, and is user configurable, it should work. I opened a ticket with viatalk and am still waiting to hear from them. Has anyone else tried this?
