It's been about 5 months since I requested payment for affiliate sales and still haven't seen a check. Submitted two tickets, no response. Sent two emails, no response. How long does this take!!!??? :mad:

I have contacted the BBB for resolution. Let's see how that goes. Updates will be posted.

exompt, which email are you sending these tickets to? Are you sending them to affiliates@viatalk.com? If so, PM me with your email address and I can check to see if we ever received them.

Received a check in the mail yesterday for the correct amount.

I have also been waiting for a long time. I do not have alot of money comming but it is enough. I actually have 2 accounts. 1 with ID mediamagik
and 1 with ID 4634
I have submitted 10 tickets and filed a complaint with the BBB, and the FTC on this matter.
I have stopped doing referals till I get my money.

the account with ID mediamagik is the 1 with the pay me button. the other 1 is not. I changed it because i thought I would get paid if i clicked on the pay me button. but it does nothing as well.

I myself have been waiting this entire year.
I have 6 sales.
affiliate ID is siah

I tried contacting the Affiliate Dept but nobody has responded, ever.
There isnt even an option to request a payout, which is what I'd like to do, via PayPal.
I'd be much obliged if anyone can help me out here.
