I'm not receiving a dial tone, can't call out, can't receive, customer service number is busy. Is there something going on I don't know about? Is anybody having the same problems? Update - service is back on. everything is fine. Really odd that I had no service for over an hour and now it's back. Still concerned about busy customer service number.
