Odd ring (inbound)

I've been having this "problem" for about 3-4 months, so obviously it's not a huge issue, but still weird. On inbound rings, I don't get a normal ring like everyone else in the world does, instead, I get this:

<medium ring><short ring><short ring><short pause><long ring>

I know that's a totally awesome description above. I think I can modify this on the device, but if I remember correctly, the ringer config settings don't make much sense (or maybe I'm thinking of my old SR device).

Anyway, ideas?

hi...

had same issuse....u can call and tell them to change your "ring waveform" from trapezoid to sinusoid...or better yet submit a ticket to get your user name and password to do it your self and to tweak any future adjustments.
