View Full Version : Does ViaTalk ever look at open tickets

I have had 4 tickets open for different issues.. And To date, no one at ViaTalk has answered them.. Two of the tickets are non issues but need a reply.
NO (just got an error message that my reply was not long enough....apparently you have to have at least 10 characters to properly answer a question).
So here is my long answer to your question.....
NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO they don't.

I put a ticket in behalf of another VT customer who isnt too knowledgable and had a reply in two days. Issue was activating the 2nd line which did not take with the automated process. This reply advised that things looked prober on their end and requested further info. So we will see how that goes.

ViaTalk support only looks at issues which are simple. Complex issues are left to rot until you lose the interest.
