Viatalk Service Plan scam?

I just got my phone number port to Viatalk last week and initially I signed up for VT_500 for $11.95/month prepaid one year. I then decided to upgrade to VT_unlimited. created support ticket but seems no one work on it. Called yesterday waited for 30 minutes and finally talked to rep. He told me that it would cost me $90 more to move to VT unlimited. I am not sure how did he come up with that number since VT_unlimited prepaid 1 year is $199 and I have already paid them $143 so it Should be around $50 extra. May be I need to move again.

The 199. is a promotion for new customers. You are not a new customer anymore. You will have to pay full price (with the prepay discount).
