Caller ID Time Display Issue

My caller ID reads the time in CST rather than EST. Does anyone know if this is configured from the Control Panel or how to correct this issue?

I had to call to get that corrected, mine is cst but was set at est they fixed the problem in a matter of mins. Just took 25 mins on the phone to get a hold of them. Worked good for about a month but 2 days ago i see its off again.

you need to get access into pap2 adapter by submitting a ticket and getting your login info...then go to Regional Tab and change your Time Zone setting...my new york is GMT +5
