Bad, bad service

Well, I’m typing this while on hold for last 52 minutes at 10:40PM, It was 11 callers in line and finally I’m FIRST ! What a waist of time….
I’m calling support for last two weeks around the clock and at any given time there is between 10 to 17 calls in queue. Is this indication of network design problem or short tech support staff? In any case many unhappy customers have wasted part of life listening to this music on hold.

Oh NO I was disconnected!!!

Now I’m frustrated enough to just to get my phone# and RUN.

Any way I was a customer for some time and have seen the company disintegrated completely over last 6 month. I mean all aspects of the business including quality of service and support.
