Braincast quit answering

For about a week now, I have been unable to get Braincast to answer when I call it. Is it down? I am calling 1-866-316-2154

I hope that is a type o and you are dialing 866. It doesn't work here either.

I'm sorry to hear that there is difficulty logging into BrainCast. Because this free feature is still a Beta feature, there will naturally be some problems. We are looking to see what the problem may be because not all accounts have been experiencing any gliches.

Please be sure that the phone number in your BrainCast account is the number you are calling from and that there is a one (1) before your area code.

Until then, we are checking in on the problem! Thanks for your patience with this free feature.

I have not been able to call in for about two weeks. nothing has changed, I cam calling from my cell and to the number in memory..nothing has changed with my number calling or the number caling from.

I also have noticed that I cannot call in either. I know this is a Beta version, but has anyone found out what is going on? Thanks for your time and efforts.

Mine has started working again. It was down for a week or so, but now it appears to be fine.

Over the last couple of days BC is not answering when I try to leave a voice memo.

Sabody, I tested my own BrainCast account and it is working properly. If you could PM me your BC Toll Free Number, I would be happy to look into this for you.
